We have established the route cause of the issue, applied a change and are in the process of compiling a detailed RFO. We will monitor for a prolonged period but don't anticipate any further intermittent VOIP issues.

To further assist in our investigation, can partners who are experiencing this issue please reach out with the last reported timestamp for VIOP issues. This will allow us to correlate against information and possibly pinpoint the underlying cause.

Update

We are receiving reports of a re-occurence of the issue as of approx 1015. We have a dedicated team continuing to correlate information and investigating potential cause. As of now we are seeing no issue on the ITS network and are working closely with various upstream providers to establish the potential cause.

If you are going to reach out to ITS, please provide as much information as possible to aide in our investigations. If you are a VOIP user please specify the following:

VOIP provider
SIP endpoint
DNS configuration

Good afternoon. We are aware of some ongoing service issues where a limited number of services have been reported as intermittent. Investigations are ongoing with senior engineering resource. We have not yet established a link to any particular service, product or location but we hope to be in a position to provide a detailed update shortly.
