Monitoring
We have an update from the third party that owns the PoP:
'We are aware of the ongoing issue, and a dedicated incident ticket has been raised to investigate and address the situation. All further updates regarding the investigation and progress towards resolution will be communicated through the incident ticket. We sincerely apologise for the disruption and any inconvenience caused, and appreciate your patience and understanding while our teams work to resolve the issue. Please reply to this email with any updates or questions. Please do not remove the thread reference at the bottom of this email, doing so many result in a delay of response.'
We are confident this was a power issue but we will need the detail from the third party as to the underlying cause. We have placed this as under monitoring and will continue to monitor stability for the next 24 hours.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue with Bromborough where we observed a loss of connectivity to our core device. This would have impacted service in the area. It's currently back up but we will identify and establish the root cause. An ITS engineer is en-route to site.
