Update -
Services have remained stable following monitoring.
We have found our 48f cable has been displaced within the duct, likely by a third party. We restored service by feeding in a new cable and splicing within a track joint. This is a temporary solution and we will replace the entire 48f cable at some point in the future under planned maintenance.
